The attack occurred during the afternoon of October 5 in the 100 block of North Michigan Avenue near Washington Street in the Loop.

Investigators said Sisson confronted and battered a 73-year-old man as he was attempting to exit a CTA bus.

The victim suffered serious injuries during the encounter, prompting police to release surveillance images of the suspect to the public days later.
